From first point of contact to the last it was great. I used s local plumber who cur corners and as a result my previous boiler only lasted 4 years. I had several calls after uploading the images to confirm location clearance and next day install. Good to speak to real people not bots. Engineer stayed in touch before arrival and informed us during the day. He got rid of bad piping and even connected condenser pipe to drain instead of outside. Helped me program the thermostat too. Martin did a thorough job with proper flush and everything is working great now. Would recommend to anyone.
