The only reason I deducted a star is because the e-survey had a technical malfunction, which delayed the purchase and installation booking process. Unfortunately, this meant I was without hot water or heating for longer than I would have liked. That said, once everything was scheduled, the installation itself was handled very well and I’m pleased with the result.
