When I initially purchased my items, the customer service was excellent. Sahil, in particular, was very helpful and proactive — when one item turned out to be unavailable after purchase, he personally called me and offered suitable alternatives. That level of service was genuinely appreciated.
The quality of the items is good, and I really like how they look.
Unfortunately, my experience with the returns process was much more difficult. I needed to return an item (a radiator) that was unused, uninstalled, and in perfect condition, but the return was initially refused because the packaging had been opened. I found this quite surprising, as the box was sealed with strong adhesive and staples, making it impossible to open without breaking those seals — something I’ve never encountered as an issue with other retailers.
There were also issues with the collection process, including a missed collection despite me taking a full day off work to wait at home, which added to the frustration.
That said, I would like to specifically thank Pooja from customer service, who reviewed my case and ultimately helped resolve the situation and arrange the return. I am very grateful for her support — it made a real difference after what had been a long process.
Overall, while the product quality and initial service were strong, I would advise others to be mindful of the returns policy, particularly regarding packaging.
