I ordered a shower valve in December which was promptly despatched. My plumber advised me that the item wasn’t suitable for our shower. I contacted Heat and Plumb to request a refund, although this was outside their 30-day limit. Akshit in Returns Support helped me through the refund process with support and very friendly service. Once checks were carried out I was fully refunded. The company’s service and customer support was first class, Akshit in particular. provided excellent help and was a credit to Heat and Plumb
Really good service.
I bought the items,checked and look lovely, but after 3 weeks when was the installation time i notice the radiator doesn’t include the bracket. I come back to them and they said they will reply in 24 hours. It was really urgent for me. Finally the bracket was there in small box,so stairway i informed them to stop the process. I was surprise when Shoeb Ex212 reply me as the brackets are on my way.

Heat and Plumb were very responsive when dealing with a couple of unfortunate (and probably a bit unlucky!) problems I had. Joel was very efficient with sorting my issues and kept me up to date at all times as well as checking in, to see if the replacement furniture had been delivered. The quality of the products are good and good value also.
