I ordered heated socks on 18/2/2025 for £44, and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. This was meant to be a next-day delivery. I've sent three emails to customer service without any response. I’m not expecting them to arrive, and if they do, I doubt they will work based on the reviews I've read.
