Review Time
I placed my order and then came across several negative reviews, which made me doubtful. However, it arrived (it claims next day delivery but arrived the following day, which wasn't a problem and might have been due to the courier). The material is nice and well-constructed. I ordered a small (I usually wear size 10/12 on top) and found it quite spacious. I charged the power pack overnight, and it's on the low setting (there are three settings); I don’t want to take it off. It’s only day one, so if anything changes, I’ll return to leave another review.

The website URL has expired and is parked with a domain service, making it impossible to reach them via email. They seem to be a fraudulent company. I returned faulty thermal clothing, which the courier confirmed they received, but I have yet to get my refund. I will be pursuing further action to recover my money.
This company is extremely disappointing. I ordered in December 2024, and my items have yet to arrive. There is no customer service; they either ignore my inquiries or fail to address my questions. I've been informed about courier issues, which is frustrating. I feel like I've lost £250.
I ordered heated socks on 18/2/2025 for £44, and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. This was meant to be a next-day delivery. I've sent three emails to customer service without any response. I’m not expecting them to arrive, and if they do, I doubt they will work based on the reviews I've read.
I regret not checking reviews before buying, as I was recommended by a friend. I purchased a jacket on 10th February, which arrived on 12th February. I contacted them to return it due to sizing issues but received no replies to any of my emails. After further investigation, I found many comments confirming they are unreliable. I have reported them to the relevant authorities.
