This was my initial experience with the service, prompted by a neighbor's suggestion. The technician called ahead to inform me of his arrival, and he, along with an apprentice, finished the boiler servicing in approximately thirty minutes. He even replaced a misvalued fuse that had been incorrectly installed. The certificate arrived a few hours later. I highly recommend this service.
