Absolutely shocking experience — would not use again.
We were left waiting over 4 hours at Heathrow for our car to be returned despite calling ahead as instructed, After 2 hours of waiting thy sent a photo of two sets of keys and asked which is ours, then admitted they wasn't sure which of the four car parks our car was in. We were told the car was “on the way”, which clearly wasn’t true. After a LONG haul journey, this was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
There was no clear communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency from the company. Being stranded at the airport after travelling is stressful enough without this level of poor service.
This seems to be a common issue with meet & greet services, long delays and lack of reliability are frequently reported by other customers too.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and using official Heathrow parking services instead, which are on-site, monitored and far more reliable.
Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience.
