They were rude and dismissive
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it's not worth waiting 40 mins in the freezing cold of level 4 car park .......I also had to pay extra for the entrance ticket
Sitting at the airport pick up location. Been waiting for over an hour. Every time I call they say its 10minutes away. I can see on my tracker that the car has not moved. At least tell the truth and not lie. Worst pick up and drop off service. Never use this company. I should have read the reviews before I booked in with them.
Do not use Park Lane meet and greet - they took over an hour to get to us dropping the car - we then had to rush through airport and pay extra for the car park because they were late!- In addition compare the parking should not be advertising them - and when I complained had nothing to say and continue to have them as a recommendation. Steer clear of all of them!
IF THERE WAS A STAR LESS THAN A ONE PARKLANE PARKING WOULD HAVE IT.

Called the company 30 mins before arrival, they said they would be waiting.
Due at 6am turned up at 7.10am
On arrival back at LHR, called them at 6am, they turned up at 8am!!!!! Constantly called them? They would text rather than answer or kept cutting me off, then would say 5 minutes, or 3 minutes and then told me due to weather the terminal was closed! Which was rubbish as all other cars managed to get in. I called again and they said as it was closed so they went and did another job!!!!
Furious after 24 hours traveling was an understatement.
In the end I told them I would call the police and report my car as stolen.
I have never encountered such poor service from a lying bunch of scammers!
Heathrow should be ashamed they let these people operate out of their car parks!
I strongly advise against using this service; they are scammers. Don't be misled by their name. When we were ready to drop off the car, they called to say they couldn't drive it because it wasn't taxed or insured. We assured them it was, but they insisted otherwise and even checked the wrong license plate while driving around. After returning from our trip, we contacted them, and they claimed they would deliver the car in 45 minutes. When we questioned the delay, they offered excuses about being busy and traffic. After over an hour of waiting, they finally delivered the car. It's incredibly frustrating to arrive from a flight expecting your car to be ready, only to be met with such poor service. Additionally, they lack a proper drop-off area at the airport, unlike other professional services, leaving us to wonder where they park the vehicles.
On my way to the airport, I called the service 30 minutes ahead as instructed. No one arrived at the airport for over half an hour. I was in tears as the staff didn’t answer my calls, and I had to keep trying before someone finally picked up. They repeatedly promised '5 minutes' but then hung up on me. On my return, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my car to be delivered. Again, I had to call multiple times before receiving a response, and was told it was due to traffic, but the maps showed normal conditions. Many others who used different services were picked up without issue; those of us who chose this service were left waiting. Please check online reviews before making a reservation here. It's unacceptable! When my car was finally returned, the driver left the engine running, jumped out without parking, handed me the ticket, and walked away without a word! This is unbelievable. Absolutely shocking!!
AVOID - If I could give a zero rating, I would. The level of service was shockingly poor. It turned out to be the most unprofessional and stressful experience imaginable. After arriving at 6 am from a long night flight with my family, I didn't get my vehicle back until 9:15 am. I was initially informed that delivery would take 45-60 minutes, which was not clear during booking. I opted for a 'meet & greet' service, expecting a straightforward and quick process, but it was anything but that. The customer service was lacking, with repeated false claims about the driver being just 10-15 minutes away. When the driver finally arrived, he mentioned he had only been driving for 25-30 minutes, meaning we waited aimlessly for 1 hour and 45 minutes before the car was even en route, all while being fed lies. At one point, I seriously considered contacting authorities as I felt I might have been scammed and my vehicle stolen. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend others to steer clear.
The experience was quite unsatisfactory; we would have been better off parking on our own. The so-called meet and greet was lacking, as we waited for the driver to arrive despite notifying them in advance. Upon our return, we experienced over an hour of waiting due to delays from defrosting vehicles. A simple text update to all customers would have made a significant difference. Overall, the service was inefficient.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation has made me question whether this service should continue to operate. Initially, I contacted the company by phone while heading to the airport and encountered a very rude staff member who hung up on me mid-conversation. After collecting my luggage, I called as instructed and was informed there would be a 35-40 minute wait. The car did arrive in 25 minutes, but it was covered in mud both outside and on the passenger seat mat! I am genuinely worried about the state of the car park if this is how the vehicles are maintained. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
