PARKLANE MEET AND GREET: SHAMBOLIC, DISHONEST and totally incapable of meeting their own stated times. When you call them they claim the car/driver is en route but it isn’t … you call again and are told “to be honest …” but they aren’t being honest, your car still isn’t en route, it hasn’t even left wherever they’ve parked it. WAITED OVER 2.5 HOURS after first calling them - then they parked on a different level and ran, leaving our key on the front tyre … NEVER USE THEM
