I was slightly early for my drop off at Heathrow but called ahead and was told that was fine and my car would still be picked up in 30 mins. When I arrived after 30 mins I phoned the company and was told to speak to the HPR man at the parking area who knew I was waiting. He was very dismissive of me and was told to wait in my car and he would get to me soon. I waited another 30 mins and when I went back to him he was really dismissive and rude and did not remember me from before, it was not busy at the time. It was only when I complained to the office again he eventually took any notice of me but was very argumentative and rude. On the return of my vehicle I noticed the car body work had been damaged and when I asked the driver about it he told me it was old damage. I advised him that the car was in perfect condition when dropped off he argued this and was really rude. I marked the damage on his return docket as he would not and then signed it and took photos. I phoned the office and they gave me an email address to send my complaint into. I was advised the complaint could not be investigated as I had not taken before photos as on their terms & conditions. The t&c I signed on pick up did not include this clause but I was advised that these could be found on the HPR website. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST REALLY POOR SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR. THEIR LITERATURE IS ALSO VERY MISLEADING!!!!
