Well fiasco from beginning to end …4th January Rung them to tell them we were about 45 minutes away… got told to go to West Drayton holiday inn car park c….. when I got there I was told to go to terminal 5 car park to meet them… then only to find out my car was going back to west Drayton holiday inn ….. took photos of my car and mileage…. When I returned on the 16th January rung company and they sent a car to pick us up and my wife said it was as dirty as a horse box in the back …. When I got back to my car it looked like someone had been rally driving in it and I should of had no more than about 10 miles in it but was about 30 ish miles so looks like they had been driving my car around and there was chocolate wrappers in the passenger side door …. Will never use this company again

Email confirmation said to ring 30mins before arrival, but no phone number included which I thought was fishy. When I arrived it was at a difficult to find location by a petrol station. In fact it was at a reception of a small hotel with noone around. I rang all the contact numbers listed at the reception door but nobody answered. I guessed it was a scam and fortunately had enough time to book parking at the OFFICIAL Heathrow carpark, so managed to catch my flight. Now persuing a refund through my bank for fraudulent, incorrectly described services. Sorry I didn't read the reviews here first!
I’m sitting in terminal 4 at Heathrow at the moment and just been told that I will have to wait 2 hours for my car as it is 6.30am and they don’t have any access to the compound until 8am. Would have been nice to tell me this when I booked it. I won’t be using this company again.
Heathrow Park and Ride - Hidden charge of £12 for terminal drop off and pick up. Took 2 hours to be returned to my vehicle upon arrival. Picked up other customers on the way who had been waiting at the terminal for over 2 hours and had contacted the police, and another customer who had his car damaged whilst away. Our cars had been moved to another site whilst we were away. My Dashcam was disconnected to unable to verify whether my car was used whilst away for other purposes. Any loose change left in my keyholder had been stolen. Not enough setabelts in the minibus for all of the passengers. Awful experience from start to finish.
The exit gate would not open, the assistant took over 10 minutes to answer the call, I was being asked to pay £170 to get out but I had booked and paid for the parking online already. The assistant could not find my booking either by the car registration or the email booking reference, Finally he decided to open the gate after much talking back and forth, I guess he got tired and I got lucky. Never again!
Absolutely awful experience. The location on the website for dropping off the car was incorrect, so left my partner driving around for almost an additional 45 minutes trying to find the car park location and actually get a phone call back. On the way home, from our arrivals, we were told to phone the company. We phoned over 7 times, with no reply. On the 8th time, we got told ‘the driver is 5 minutes away’ we were left waiting over an hour and a half after a 10 hour flight in the wrong location to what it said on the website (again!!). Then, once we got to our car, it was parked OVER a lamppost, so wasn’t even a proper parking spot - not to mention not even in a proper car park. The car’s charger had been taken out of the glove box and used, as well as an empty red bull can left in the drivers side. Disgusting. Do not use.
