Having read the negative reviews I was surprised none exist between 1 and 5 star which is very strange. We had a very positive experience dropping our car off January 16th and returning February 24th. Collection at the airport went smooth having phoned when we had collected our suitcases as per instructions. We had also read the clear information about paying £5 on drop off due to the Heathrow Airport drop off charges. We saw one slightly disgruntled customer there about this - he had not read the clear booking information!As the driver going to the airport had to fill up at a petrol station the journey took longer no going directly onto the M4.Using a local cheaper hotel at Slough and then Heathrow Park and Ride saved us a lot of money. Whilst away I read about reports of catalytic convertors being cut off cars in the main Heathrow secure Airport parking. No where is safe these days.
