Shocking Service – Do NOT UseAbsolutely appalling from start to finish.The car arrived 35 minutes late. We tried repeatedly calling the 0208 number — constantly engaged. The mobile number just rang out every time. Messages were left and completely ignored.We phoned one hour before pick-up as instructed. We had no luggage to collect, yet we still waited 35 minutes from the first call before the car eventually turned up.When it finally arrived, the vehicle was filthy — covered in bird mess and looking like it had been left in a muddy field. No apology. No explanation. No professionalism whatsoever.This is an amateur operation with zero customer service standards. Avoid at all costs and spend your money with a company that actually values punctuality, cleanliness and basic courtesy.
