I will not use this company again.The telephone operator does not seem to understand you and you have to shout and spell out everything to make them understand, very difficult when you are at baggage collection or using handsfree.On getting my car back at T5 (40mins after phoning them), the driver gave me the keys and ran off straight away. On checking the car I found that the windscreen was cracked. On ringing them they said of yes we noticed that. There were no inspection checks done when I left the car with them and no chance to inspection when I got it back. I reportedf it immediately to the driver (by phone message) and to the office, but the T's & C's say they don't cover windscreens.Very poor service, find someone else.
