IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, I would. An absolutely awful experience @ LHR. Their driver was 40 minutes late meeting me (13 September 2024). My wife had to check in on her own, whilst I waited for Meet & Greet'. I nearly missed my plane due to the incompetence of Heathrow Platinum Parking (trading under 'PREMIER PARKING)'. I had to pay £11 parking fee, because the driver didn't turn up in the first 30 minutes - he arrived 40 minutes late, but assured me I would receive a full refund if I made a claim. This I did (by email) on my return - they simply ignored my claim.The 'greet' service when I returned on 29 September 2024 was even worse -this time PREMIER were 1 hour 15 minutes late!How this company is allowed to advertise its appalling sloppy, uncaring service is beyond me.To everyone looking at this review, please avoid them like the plague and eventually they (hopefully) will go bust!!
