Should be ZERO stars. Dropped car off incurring additional £5. Operator really hard to understand. On return as per their instructions contacted the number. They said it would be 25 mins. Told to collect at short stay level 4. 45 mins and a few calls later complaining it was returned. The driver handed over the keys WITHOUT inspection and left. On inspection BMW had a deep scratch rear side bumper and rear near side light cluster damage. Had to pay additional £7.50 to leave short stay. Video of car left as it was by them with the damage and photos sent to their ‘customer services’ which they text to me. In addition text photos to the number on the invoice. Awaiting a response. Terrible company. Cowboys. This is a Trading Standards issue. These people should not be allowed to operate.
