Do not use to is company at all! We phoned them 30 minutes out and then I had to wait almost an hour for the guy to pick the car up, despite phoning 6 times. When he did arrive, he didn’t apologise. He the accused me of not paying for the parking ticket - I had, 30 mins beforehand as his colleague on the phone advised me to. There was a further £6 to pay for the parking which I refused to do as it was their issue that they were an hour late to pick up the car. He threw the car keys at me and stormed off. I’ve had to rebook with a firm that has a kiosk at Terminal 2 which has cost an extra £170 on top of the 80 we’ve already paid Heathrow Platinum Parking. Once I’m back from holiday, I’ll be insisting on getting the £170 back along with the additional parking fees. Incompetent, unprofessional and argumentative. No real sense of customer service at all.
