Honestly the worst. Whoever we spoke to on the phone has no communication skills. The night before our flight out the flight was delayed so we rang to say instead of 5:45 am will be like 11am - the guy taking this message acted as if us calling to advise was odd which did confuse us - then got woken up at 5:49am by the driver asking where we are - credit here though as this guy was so apologetic. Coming back we had booked for 4:45 which until 4:40 we thought we would make - rang to say running late but airline caused so whatever extra we would pay - they hadn’t even left but said they would leave then. Rang at 5pm to chase, 5:15 to chase and again at 5:30 where the guy was so rude and blamed me and raised his voice. This is not meet and greet. It’s wait and greet. In fairness the drivers were fine but whoever answers that phone needs intensive customer service training.
