AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE! It is not a meet and greet service, its a wait until I can come and drop your car off. We waited over an hour for our car in a cold car park with nowhere to sit! they just lie and tell you they are stuck in traffic on the M25. I checked the traffic on my GPS and no traffic in either direction from M25 to M4. I also have a dash cam and onboard computer. They left my car on a side road, not even in a secure car park and it was used SEVERAL times by them while I was on holiday. NEVER AGAIN and please please please DO NOT USE THEM.
