!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!When myself & friend returned from Lanzarote we collected our suitcases & called them as instructed to bring both of our cars, they said they were short staffed & would send a car to collect us, when the car arrived there was already someone sitting in the passenger seat, there were parts hanging off the car, there was also no badge to state the car was licensed to carry people, they were also not in uniform and the driver could care less & had a really bad attitude, the boot was full of stuff as did the rear left seat, where were we meant to put our suitcases & sit as there was just about enough room for one of us, so my friend went with them as he lived the furthest away, they said they would be 10mins there & 10mins back, after 30mins so called they said they were on there way, I tried calling another 6 times but they would not answer, I’m an DISABLED & they left me on the side of the road for over an hour until 1am in the morning, when my car eventually arrived it was a different person as was the person in the other car behind it, so if there were 4 different people how come he said they were short staffed, very unprofessional & a really bad attitude company, do not use them, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE!!!!
