DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I paid for meet and greet yet they said that I had to drive to their compound in Uxbridge. Not having much time I could see no option but to do that and then they used my car to take me to the airport. A 30 minute detour and extra petrol. Driver never wore a mask. On arriving one he told me he couldn’t bring my car to the airport. When I tried to get a reason why out of him he told me I was rude and had a bad attitude. To be honest, I am a women and I was travelling on my own. I felt pretty threatened and intimidated by him so didn’t say anything after that as I just wanted to get to my car and get out of there. Please don’t use this company.
