My family and I arrived at Heathrow Terminal 4 this morning expecting to collect our car and go home after a long haul flight. However, when I contacted the given phone number, their was initially no reply. Eventually, I was instructed to call back after 15 minutes, during which midway through the conversation, the guy hung up the phone.After 15 minutes of waiting patiently, I called the given number only to hear lots of yelling and noise in the background. The person who took the call said that I would have to wait more than an hour before a driver could bring our car back, and once again, he was in a rush to end the conversation. As of writing, I strongly doubt that we will get our car back within the next 2 hours.We faced a similar situation on arrival 2 weeks ago, in which we were just about to miss our flight, solely due to the late arrival of the driver in picking up our car from the drop off point.I wish that I had checked reviews with this company prior to booking 2 weeks ago. This was THE WORST parking experience that I have ever had with Meet and Greet companies. I would strongly recommend to avoid booking with this company AT ALL COSTS.
