STAY AWAY!!!!Worst parking company I have ever used. Terrible communication. we arrived at the holiday inn to drop the car nothing was mentioned that we had to leave our keys there, the car was moved to a remote location away from the airport and apparently very muddy. The person there took other customers to a different terminal as said will be back shortly, we waited around 45 minutes and had to take an uber to the terminal. Upon return they made me pay for the car park at the airport, the car was very dirty on the outside and inside. they mentioned to send a message that they will refund £10 for the wash, of course this didnt happen. I've spent around £45 extra for this bullshit. Now my emails and messages are being ignored and the car is dirty.... Don't use this company!
