Ordered a gas boiler part,paid £3.99 to get it next working day.After 3 working days,I contacted them both on WhatsApp and land-line.Both instances I was faced with two incompetents,with very broken English, first literally hang up saying he'll come back after 5 mins,the other one,same accent and broken English,unhelpful.I lost business due to their incompetence,being in the business of fixing and repairing boilers.I would not recommend them,a very unpleasant experience,to be avoided!
