I needed a new Baxi 105e diverter valve replacement 248061 and found one on there website and was thrilled to have found one which offered a speedy delivery. The description was spot on and the pictures showed all the required seals needed to refit the new components, perfect.It arrived within 2 days but there wasn’t any seals with it, I emailed straight away and was asked to send photos of what I had purchased, surely they would have known from my order number. I got a quick response saying they would be shipped out.Still no seals, so emailed again after a week and told it would be sorted and posted now we are 15 days since ordered and still waiting!Can’t fit without new seals
