Ordered service kit for my WB Greenstar, which was delivered on time. I opened the package a little over a week later and found one of the items was the wrong part. I contacted Heating & Catering Parts to explain what I had ordered versus what was sent. I also requested an additional seal. The correct part was found and sent with the additional seal at no extra charge. On the whole very happy with the service. Will use again!
