Ordered a (New)pressure relief valve for a Baxi boiler, it turned up in good time but after examination the unit it looked as if it was a reconditioned unit (marks on the outer case , old water marks on the connectors and black stains on the inside of the unit )and a code on it 09/05 which I’m lead to believe that this is the manufacturing date I contacted the company to complain and was offered a £5 partial refund and assured it was a new not a reconditioned unit 😂, unfortunately had to except the offer as was fitting it to a leaking boiler the next morning and had no time to source a replacement. So be very careful when using this company
