Use this retailer with CAUTION!
I returned a faulty item using the pre‑printed Royal Mail label provided by the retailer. Unfortunately, after well over 1 month, I still haven’t received a refund or even a clear update. I’ve contacted the retailer multiple times but have been ignored.
The lack of communication has been disappointing. I’ve tried to resolve this directly and reasonably, but the retailer does not even respond. I have now been forced to file a report with trading standards and request a refund via my card provider.
Based on my experience, I would advise future customers to be aware that items sent may be faulty, and once a refund is requested, this retailer may simply ignore you.
I would not recommend using this retailer.
