I bought a heat pump from them in 2019. With the product now being 6 years old, it malfunctioned at the start of the season this year. If it ran for 50 hours, I would be overestimating. I contacted customer service, and while they were pleasant, I was told the main board was faulty and needed replacement, costing £1,200 plus delivery and tax. Given the high replacement cost of £4,400, I find it unreasonable for a product that should last longer. I wouldn't consider purchasing from them again due to the high costs of both the machine and spare parts.
