I purchased a heat pump that failed after 8 weeks. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the inherent fault but sent a new version that also failed after the warranty period. I emailed customer service twice asking for advice, but received no response, so the heat pump ended up being discarded. It's disappointing that they seem to disregard customers outside of warranty. I would advise against purchasing this heater. After my review, I finally heard from the technical team who offered a discount on a new unit, but I will opt for a different solution to save on electricity.
