I purchased a floor model SureCal 30 liter / 7.9 gal Vertical Single Coil Calorifier for the savings. I unfortunately did not receive the installation instructions with the unit. I asked for a copy ahead of time to plan the install. The installation info link they sent was for a different model and voltage. After calling and waiting on line, the person on line was helping the support department and was not a lot of help, but the person beside him answered my questions. I can tell you that they could do a lot better job with installation instructions and you should sell a install kit for the 15mm connections. It is impossible to find anything in the US that will work with them. I had to remove them (trash the 15mm push on connections) and bolt directly to the connections. This was time consuming and a little misleading from the original information of the description of the item on their website. And stop the email ticket shit with the support department, it slows the whole process of asking questions. The product works great for my sailboat, great hot water!!! But get your act together, please.
