We had the most amazing customer service and support from Heatso! We ordered (2) Espar heaters, install kits and sets of accessories from them and are so pleased with the service and pricing that we received! We were working with another vendor (mistake #1) and they completely dropped the ball (mistake #2). We were on a tight time frame to get the units delivered to us in Fiji before we left for NZ (we are on a boat). We ended up calling Heatso on Thursday, they had everything in stock & placed our order, we paid, and it was delivered on Monday to our freight forwarder who was able to get it to Fiji by Wednesday (less than a week from our initial conversation). And the icing on the cake was that Heatso's prices were better than the original vendor we were working with.
