They are always quick to ship and we generally have our products in hand before we have the tracking numbers (due to the time difference as the company operates out of the UK).Items always arrive on-time and in good condition. On occasion we have had shipments arrive missing an item or two but the staff has always expressed the parts out with the same fast 1-2 day shipping.In reference to several of the "poor" reviews I see here - Heatso is a Supplier/Reseller NOT a manufactures representative or service/support center. Specifically, on the recent Eberspacher D2 Issues - the new D2 with internal altitude compensation is only compatible with "Pro" controllers. This was not immediately known (even to installers) and while Espar builds great products, their service bulletins and documentation (current wiring diagrams, etc.) are often lacking. In these cases, I've found Heatso has done their best to resolve any issues. In summary, Heatso provides the leading industry products at competitive pricing with incredible delivery (usually 2 days from the UK to the US). When needed, their customer service has always done everything they can to resolve issues within the scope of their operation. I highly recommend them.
