I highly recommend not using this company. Their customer service is very poor. I read good reviews, so decided to buy my Espar D2 from them. Initially I was impressed with the quick shipping, but than realized they had not sent my high altitude kit (which they had charged me for). I emailed them and no problem they sent it out and I had it a week later. I installed the heater myself but had a professional garage do the wiring because I didn’t feel confident with that part. The heater would not stay on for more than 6 minutes. I took my van to an RV shop and they could not figure it out.they did comment that my installation was very good and they did not see any issue with the installation. I emailed heatso and the slowly responded with single suggestions that were pretty obvious like is there fuel, is the pump at proper angle etc... the responses were getting slower to come with no resolution. I sent them an email stating my disappointment and they finally responded saying they would send me a new controller (I had the 801 and they sent me an easy start) saying the new one had better diagnostic ability. I had that professionally installed and the furnace worked before I left the shop. As soon as I got home it would not work anymore. The thermostat just reads err, and does not state a specific error code. I’ve reached out to heatso twice now and have had absolutely no response. It’s going on 5 months now and I still do not have a working heater. I’m ready to take the $1,000 plus dollars as a loss and they a different company.
