I placed my order on the 18th of December, being told it would dispatch on the 24th of December. It is now the 7th of January, and my order has not yet been sent. I have contacted costumer service multiple times, just to be told to stay patient.I have purchased products from Heaven Mayhem before, and love them dearly. It is therefore heartbreaking to have such a bad experience with the brand. The communication has been awful, and I am scared that I might never recieve my order.
