I bought jewelry during a sale, and several pieces were defective. I contacted the support team with photos and details, but was told that due to the final sale status, no repairs or replacements would be offered, even for clear quality issues. While communication was polite, the lack of responsibility for faulty products was frustrating. I'm sharing my experience to aid others in making informed choices.
Customer service is lacking. I ordered two cases and accidentally chose the wrong size, which I fully acknowledge. However, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. Both cases were unused and still in their original packaging, and I offered to return them in exchange for the correct size, even willing to cover the price difference. Their response? “Final sale, nothing we can do.” No effort to assist or show flexibility, just dismissive and unhelpful service. Additionally, the quality is poor for the price, and customers are left to bear all responsibility with no support. This approach doesn’t protect a business; it reveals how little they value their customers. There’s a reason reviews aren’t allowed on their site. I’m out $100 with nothing to show for it. Avoid this company.
I preordered on October 17, expecting it to ship by October 21. Nothing has happened since, and the service team said it would ship soon, which was three days ago. The order status still shows it hasn’t been packed or shipped. I hope someone addresses my request soon.
Absolutely terrible! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I placed an order for €300 on November 19, 2025, and have yet to receive it. They use a dreadful shipping service that has my item stuck with no tracking updates for over 10 days. They charge an extra €30 for International Priority Shipping. How is it possible that no one is discussing this on social media? I will share my experience to warn others. Given the reviews, I fear the items, if they arrive, will be of poor quality. Also, keep in mind, they don’t offer refunds! Think carefully before ordering. What a waste of money.
The earrings arrived in a completely broken state. Initially, I was told I could either keep them or get a refund, but now they want me to return the broken earrings at my own expense. Be cautious and consider purchasing from a better seller.
