My bag has visible pulled threads and loose studs, and I've hardly used it more than 20 times, if that. I'm hesitant to use it again with winter coming. I appreciate smaller businesses, but I feel they react poorly to feedback. I still want to support them, but I'm being very cautious and sticking to brands I know. It's too costly to take a chance, especially since I'm trying to save money and avoid disappointment. Best wishes.
