I received the order but it cost me all my money. People from the Netherlands be aware!! I had extra shipping fees because this brand is from America. I already had extra shipping costs like €20 and still had to pay €30 afterwards…
My bag has visible pulled threads and loose studs, and I've hardly used it more than 20 times, if that. I'm hesitant to use it again with winter coming. I appreciate smaller businesses, but I feel they react poorly to feedback. I still want to support them, but I'm being very cautious and sticking to brands I know. It's too costly to take a chance, especially since I'm trying to save money and avoid disappointment. Best wishes.
I ordered a necklace that was promised to arrive on the 22nd of October, but it never did. I checked with my neighbors as well. I reached out for assistance, but they haven't replied to my email in a week. Be cautious! This is really disappointing since it was meant to be a gift for a friend.
This is truly the best customer service experience I've ever had! My hoodie arrived with a misprint, and after sending a photo to their social media, they responded within minutes. I was advised to email for a replacement, and once I did, I received another quick response, and my new order was placed! So lovely!
Their jewelry looks adorable, but it comes undone very easily. I received 'chained bangles' and 'mini dream girl hoop earrings' for my birthday. I wore the bangles out for the first time today, and within 10 minutes, one fell off. The hoop clasp is also weak; it has fallen out of my ear twice now. I can manage with the earrings, but I'm really disappointed about the bangle. They claim to offer repairs, but how can I fix something that fell off and is lost? It's frustrating because it looks cute, and while it may be tarnish-free, ensuring the jewelry stays on is crucial.
I finally purchased the #Blessed Tee after wanting it since its release. The shirt is made of good, thick material, but I wish it had a bit more stretch in the chest area since I have a larger bust. Customer service was helpful, and overall, I would recommend!
