I recently came across this fantastic service. I was very satisfied with my first order and found a second product that I absolutely love. The high-quality ingredients and great taste impressed me, unlike any other similar product I've tried. I feel it is truly beneficial for my health. Additionally, all my products were delivered promptly and well-packaged. I am awarding 5 stars for the outstanding healthy products provided by this service, which clearly invests in research before offering them. Well done to this service, which will be my first choice for special nutritional products. Keep up the great work!
I had a very disappointing experience with Hebron Nutrition when ordering Truvani protein powder and feel it’s important to warn other customers.At checkout, I applied a 10% discount code (VIP10) which was clearly accepted by their website. The discounted total was shown in the cart, and based on that price I decided to purchase 6 bags, expecting to pay around $172. However, after clicking the final “Purchase” button, the discount code silently disappeared and I was charged the full amount (~$192) instead.This happened after all my details were filled in and payment was processed — there was no warning, error message, or indication that the code was invalid.I contacted customer service immediately, assuming this would be resolved easily. Instead, I was told that the code is a “generic Google code” and not valid. I explained (and provided screenshots) that: • The website accepts the code • The discounted price is clearly displayed • The code still works on their website to this day • I would not have placed such a large order without that discountDespite this, no resolution was offered. Not even: • A partial refund • Applying the valid 5% code that was advertised on their website at the time • Any acknowledgment that their checkout system is misleadingThe only response I received was essentially “Sorry you feel that way.”If a discount code is not valid, it should not apply in the cart and show a reduced total. Allowing a discount to appear and then removing it only at the payment step is extremely misleading and unacceptable from a customer trust perspective.Unfortunately, based on both the checkout experience and the customer service response, this felt deceptive rather than accidental.⚠️ Be cautious and do not trust the prices shown at checkout.I personally will not be ordering from Hebron Nutrition again.
I've ordered here several times before. Everything has always gone smoothly. It obviously takes longer to ship to Germany. It's just a shame there's no automatic tracking. I had to inquire about the whereabouts of my order.All good, I received the products.
DO NOT BUY. I ordered a probiotic from France (order no. 777117801) I received a probiotic that absolutely does not contain the strains mentioned on their website. I requested a return and a refund. They refused to issue a return label, saying I could just send it without one. I sent the package back at my own expense, and the package was returned to me because they refused to accept it. I wrote to ask why they refused the package and also to request the refund, but it's been radio silence... I had a problem with iHerb once, and they immediately refunded me in less than a week. Do not buy from Hebron Nutrition. BUY FROM iHERB INSTEAD ****
