This is beyond unprofessional! Hedra have outright ignored multiple emails I’ve sent, offering zero help with my concerns. The lack of respect, urgency, and basic customer service is infuriating and absolutely unacceptable. That's exactly what happened to me: "I contacted support immediately, explained the mistake politely, and sent a follow-up message, but I have received no response after several days. I fully understand that policies exist, but ignoring customers is not acceptable" (Diego, ES).
