I’ve been a paying Hedra user and generally liked the service, but recently I was charged for a subscription period I did not intend to renew. I contacted support immediately, explained the mistake politely, and sent a follow-up message, but I have received no response after several days.I fully understand that policies exist, but ignoring customers is not acceptable — especially when the renewal was clearly unintentional and the service was not used at all during this billing cycle.I hope this review helps bring attention to the issue. If the company resolves the situation and provides a refund, I will gladly update my rating.
