Worst of the worst

I am on holidays in the Philippines and extended my home insurance with travel insurance before I left. Unfortunately my bag with contents including my mobile phone was stolen. I contacted them and got a prompt response but after that it remained silent. I got zero support, zero help, zero reply. I have now sent them a message I will contact a lawyer when i get back to get this case solved and i will cancel all my insurances with them.
