It was most terrible support conversation in my life. I challenged 50% increase on my insurance, and said you have not informed me. And support directly blamed me with stating that they sent an email and they can see that I opened it. I opened but I did not open attached pdf and I did not expect 50% increase at all. But more importantly, support tried to accuse me and respond me that theh can not adjust the insurance fee. I did not ask for adjustment. I emphasize the unfairness of 50% increase. I will reach you all possible ways.

Terrible company. I am paying for extended travel insurance and when my flight in the Philippines gets delayed by 24h due to weather apparently they don’t cover the extra costs that occurred as they only cover delays to the Nordics??? That makes absolutely no sense.

Filed in three parallel claims against separate insurances and received speedy acknowledgement & reimbursement for each of them with little documentation. The customer reps are very courteous.

Sooo easy!

The communication within the app couldn’t be easier. Can chat and send pics and documents whenever convenient, no missed calls or waiting for an available worker. Extra + for English support. Would give all stars possible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One star is big for them.

One star is a lot for Hedvig.Supper shit company when it comes to claims.Terrible customer service and aggressive. I had many other insurance companies but this is worse.How can review 0?!?
