I have had a broken fridge for over a month now. At first, the company acted quickly and sent a technician within a week. I was told they would either repair the appliance or compensate me, and the technician even mentioned the issue was minor.However, three weeks after that visit, I am still waiting for any update. Each time I contact them, I am told they are “busy because of the season” and they refuse to give me any specific timeline for resolution.I have been a satisfied customer in the past, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. The lack of communication and the long delays are unacceptable for a home insurance service.
