It was most terrible support conversation in my life. I challenged 50% increase on my insurance, and said you have not informed me. And support directly blamed me with stating that they sent an email and they can see that I opened it. I opened but I did not open attached pdf and I did not expect 50% increase at all. But more importantly, support tried to accuse me and respond me that theh can not adjust the insurance fee. I did not ask for adjustment. I emphasize the unfairness of 50% increase. I will reach you all possible ways.
