Never again will I use Heidi and I haven’t even been on the holiday yet!

Well in my case, I booked a package holiday with Heidi. We are doing a 4am wake up to make sure we can ski on day one. We have also purchased ski passes from Heidi for day 1 (as they know).
Less that 24 hours before the trip, I get a WhatsApp informing me that the transfer time has been pushed back, meaning we now have a 2 hour wait at Geneva airport + lose most of the remaining day we had skiing and had paid for.
I called up and asked for a better solution and explained why the new plans don’t work for me. And I quote, ‘ there is no alternative solution, the only solution is you deal with the delay’.
As someone who owns and runs a very similar organisation, I know first hand, that you are judged on what you do when things go wrong.
Heidi, I go skiing every year- never again with you. It was a simple problem that could have been solved. I’ve now paid for a private transfer, and you’ve lost a customer for life.
