I needed to book my 1st short ski holiday on a tight budget. Did a quick search on Heidi.com and found something in my price bracket to Arinsal. Booked it and literally hoped for the best. Heidi took care of everything, Flights, Hotel, Ski Hire, Lift passes and airport transfers.
Come the holiday, everything fell in place and did exactly what it said 'on the tin', will definitely use again!
I've been looking at initial ideas for a ski holiday in 2027. As a first time booking for family with young children it was important to feel like the agent understood my aims and how they could help me. Abbie was superb at that and helped me greatly. I hope to be booking with them very soon!
Lucy was great at finding holidays to suit our budget, transfer times and finding a family friendly resort for first time skiers. Nothing was too much trouble, especially with all our questions and changing remits. Would definitely contact again for future ski trips.
I rang and spoke to Lucy B at Heidi at 9.30pm, looking for advice on a last minute half term ski trip and she quickly sent me a short list of options in my price range, from which I was able to book - all done by 10.30pm! So much easier to be able to speak to a lovely person at that time of night and not a bot! Thankyou - you may an overwhelming task very straightforward.

The airport transfer alleviated much of the stress during our arrival and departure. The hotel and resort were exactly what we needed as beginners seeking a laid-back ski experience.
