We had a really great experience booking our ski trip with Heidi overall!

The biggest upside was how easy everything felt. All the key information was provided, and the process felt very streamlined. Our hotel was lovely and exactly what we were hoping for, and everything from ski rental to lift passes was handled smoothly.

The only reason it’s not a full 5 is the transfer experience.

The instructions provided were quite unclear, especially for first-time travellers unfamiliar with the Swiss train system. We were given departure times and locations, but no specific train details or platform numbers. On top of that, we encountered longer-than-expected airport security (around an hour), and the transfer timing felt very tight. We ended up missing our train, and without clear instructions on how to navigate the station, it made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. We had to double for new tickets.

On the way back, we downloaded a train app which showed platform numbers and live updates, and that made everything much easier. Even something as simple as recommending an app or explaining how to find platform information in the original instructions would have made a big difference.

Overall, though, the experience delivered exactly what we wanted: a well-organised, low-effort ski trip where everything important was taken care of.
