We got a loan on a truck title. We paid off the loan in October (months ahead of the loan time) and have gotten the run around on our title return ever since. It is now February. They NOW say (just 2 weeks ago, before then no one could tell me where it was) it is at the Illinois Driver's facility, which will cost US $50.00 to get it. I took out a loan, gave them a title, paid the loan, and now they expect me to do their leg work and be out of pocket, to get my title back. NO ONE ever calls back and I never get the person handling my loan, because she is never there. We WILL NOT be returning customers. If you value your titles, do not let them touch them. We would like to sell the truck but cannot without a title. This is plum crazy!
